Top Performance is a new name within the athletic and specialty flooring industry. Top Performance was founded by its President Thomas R. Pacaccio in 2011. Mr. Pacaccio holds a construction management degree from the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) class of 2003. Starting as a college intern, Mr. Pacaccio has been in the industry for over ten years and has personal hands on experience with all materials, tools and equipment used within the industry. Mr. Pacaccio has surrounded Top Performance with a team of manufactures, suppliers, vendors and subcontractors that have been in the industry long enough to established themselves as major leaders. Top Performance prides itself on delivering an infinite level of performance safely and on time while never compromising quality. We work with Owners, Architects, General Contractors and Construction Managers with project planning, system design, budgeting and value engineering. Not only do we offer a wide range of wood and synthetic flooring installations, we do repairs and maintenance along with complete racquetball court installations and repairs.
